Sarnia Parks & Gardens
This animal farm and petting zoo also has a playground accessible to those with disabilities, skating in the winter and holiday celebrations for Easter and Canada Day.
Canatara Park is located along the shores of Lake Huron and offers picnic tables, animal farm, band shell and sports fields. Relax in the pool, try out the playground, or catch some sun along the beach.
Wawanosh Wetlands Conservation Area
This wetland area is over 100 acres in size and offers nature trails, fishing and is only 10 minutes from Lake Huron. The park is open year-round.
Sarnia Centennial Park
Many of Sarnia's year-round events take place at Centennial Park. Each year at Christmas the facility lights up for the Celebration of Lights Festival. Picnic tables, a waterfront park, walkways, restaurants and gardens make this park a lovely spot for a picnic or to spend the day. The park is adjacent to the Sarnia Bay Marina and therefore offers ample fishing opportunities
Visitors will find an array of facilities at Germain Park including a children's playground, tennis courts, ball diamond and sports field. This park also has colourful gardens and makes a great spot to just sit and relax.
